Planned Database Maintenance – 2008/05/07 @ 1:15AM GMT

The service will be in maintenance today for up to three hours, starting at approximately 1:15AM GMT / 5:15PM PST. We will be performing an upgrade of two core database servers.

We have set the Team client’s upper-bound for cache mode to approximately four (4) hours, so users busy working when we we enter maintenance should be able to continue to log online time.

We plan to finish within three hours, at approximately 4:15AM GMT / 8:15PM PST. If that changes, we will post updates here.

UPDATE: we are live again as of 8:45PM PST

Scheduled Maintenance – 4/30 6:30PM PST

The service will be in maintenance today for up to one hour, starting at 6:30PM PST while we upgrade some core servers. We expect the maintenance will be much shorter and will post updates here as needed.
